The directory is extremely useful to international music business pros who have
an interest in the austrian market.

ENTRIES
We only list companies based in Austria, with ONE exception: foreign based wholesalers
(manufacturers) who distribute MI, Pro-Audio, Lighting, DJ-Equipment to Austria
are also listed. An extensive, alphabetical listing of brands, with a crossreference
to the distributor, makes it easy for retailers
and pros to find products available
to the austrian market.
To ensure the directory is as comprehensive as possible, basic entries name,
address, tel., fax., e-mail, homepage, contact are free and put listed companies
under no obligation. We contact listed companies once a year to update their
entry for the next issue. |

ADVERTISING
The Musikatlas offers very attractive advertising options for every budget.
Explanations, translations.... sw = mono colour, 2c = spot colour, 4c = full
colour Logo = company logo over your entry 260,- (mono colour), 290,- (full colour)
Zusatztext = additional text under your entry: 45.-/100 characters
Prices: All prices in Euro, there will be an additional 5 % advertising tax.

The "Österreichischer Musikatlas" has it's own website: www.musikatlas.at.
Limited access is open to all. All buyers of the print version can request a
password for full access, free of charge. The entire data as in the print
version
is
online. Search options across chapters make it easy to find entries by various
criteria.

PLANET MUSIC MAGAZINE

Planet Music is a publishing house and a live venue, we also host two stages
at the Vienna Danube Island Festival (annual 3 day free festival in June, more
than 3,5 million visitors, established 1983).
The magazine was originally conceived in the early 1980s to promote our own concerts.
Due to living in the world of working, touring musicians and the resulting contacts
in all areas of the music business, the magazine grew over the years and is read
both by fans (interviews, reviews, touring dates) musicians and music industry
pros (trade shows, musical instruments, pro-audio, lighting, DJ equipment, tests,
reviews etc.). The magazine is FREE, a small contingency is on sale at regular
sales outlets for printmedia, to reach new readers.
Issued 5 x per year, distribution:
168.000 nationwide (Austria).
108.000 go to our subscribers music fans, musicians
and music business pros all over Austria. Our subscription numbers are high!
For decades, every Planet Music concert visitor has been able to
fill in the
back of the ticket for
a free subscription to the magazine.
Over the years,our subscriber
base has grown steadily and
covers a broad age group of active musicians and fans. 35.000
distributed free via various outlets
nationwide (retailers, record stores, concert venues, etc.) 25.000
on sale. |
