Orders
All Orders are binding and can not be cancelled or changed.
Orders via internet consist of the following steps:
Choice of event and number of tickets
Entering personal data and choice of the payment platform.
Compendium of all data, last check, acceptance of the conditions of sale,
submitting the order. The online ticket is mailed to the submitted e-mail
adress, this mail will be exchanged at the ticket office before the event
begins.
Payment
Online tickets can be payed via online banking (Austria only) or per
credit card (international orders as well). A ticket is vaid
when full payment has been submitted.
Usage
Misuse, copying or modifications are prohibited. With the use of the
tickets, the user also accepts the general conditions of the promoter
and the house rules of the venue.
Delivery by post (only on special request and in Austria)
Planet Music takes no responsibilty for tickets that get lost in the
post. Planet Music is also not reponsible for delivery by any third
party, for instance the post office or other delivery services. Claims
resulting from tickets not delivered will not be fulfilled by Planet
Music.
Cancellations, Changes, Reinbursement
Planet Music is only an intermediary for ticket sales and is not responsible
for the reinbursement of tickets, nevertheless we will make every effort
to induce reinbursement by the promoter. In the case of cancellation of an
event the ticket(s) can - insofar the conditions of sale of the promoter
or venue are not in opposition to this – be returned by the same channels
they were bought, either in the pre-sales office or, in the case of online
orders, by mailing the online tickets to: tickets@planet.tt and
including the name, account number, Bank, Bic and Iban Code for
the reinbursement. Only the ticket price is refunded, no transfer fees. Transfers
are normally free if the bic and iban codes are included. Tickets can be
returned two mondays after the date of the cancellation at the earliest.
Minor or founded changes of the line up must be accepted. In the case
of a cancellation, change of date, or changes to the line up no expenses
(travel, hotels, delivery charges or further fees) will be refunded.
Secure Data
The customer takes note that data submitted electronically will be
processed by Planet Music to fulfill the order. The customer agrees
to the submission of his data to the promoter within the laws on
secure data 2000. This agreement can be waivered at any time.
Place Of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for business customers is the relevant
court in Vienna, Austria. for private customers, their local and
relevant court. Austrian law is applicable under exclusion of collision
